C1 · DOCUMENT PROCESSING
AI document processing that ends manual data entry.
Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts and forms arrive as PDFs, scans and email attachments. We capture the information, check required fields, route exceptions for review and move approved data into the systems where it belongs.

What it handles
Capture
Information read from PDFs, scans and email attachments, whatever the layout.
Validate
Required fields, totals and references checked against your orders and master data.
Route exceptions
Anything incomplete or unusual goes to the right person, with the reason attached.
Approve
Human review where you want it, straight-through processing where you trust it.
Post to your systems
Approved data written to your ERP, accounting or CRM: SAP, Business Central, Bexio and others.
Keep a trail
Each document traceable: what was extracted, what was changed and who approved it.
Accurate where it can be. Reviewed where it must be.
AI reads the document, rules check it and people approve the exceptions. You decide which cases go straight through and which need a human.
How it works
01
Assessment
A fixed-fee review of your document flows: volumes, formats, fields, rules and a baseline to measure against.
02
Agreed scope
What the solution does, what stays with your team, how success is measured and the fixed project fee.
03
Build in 2–4 weeks
Connected to your systems, tested with real examples and validated by the people who will use it.
04
Measure and hand over
Results compared with the baseline, solution documented and handed over, support available.
Document processing FAQ
Which documents can be processed?
Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts, forms and most business documents that arrive as PDFs, scans or email attachments.
What about scanned or handwritten documents?
Scans are handled routinely. Handwriting depends on quality, so we test it on your own samples during the assessment.
How accurate is it?
We measure it on your own documents during the assessment and the build. Anything the system is unsure about is flagged for review, not pushed through.
Where does the data go?
It stays in your environment. Hosting, access and the AI services used are agreed with your IT team before development starts.
Which systems can it post to?
ERPs and accounting systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Bexio, CRMs, and any system with an API or file import.
