Assessment
A fixed-fee review of one priority workflow. You receive a baseline, an estimated business case, requirements and a fixed-price proposal for the build. You decide whether to proceed.
02 · FIXED FEE
Build
A fixed fee for an agreed scope: the application, automation and integrations needed to make the workflow work. The proposal defines milestones, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
03 · MONTHLY
Run & improve
A separate monthly agreement with defined monitoring, maintenance, support and improvement scope. New workflows and applications are scoped and priced separately.
Any expected hosting, software and AI usage costs are identified in the proposal. Changes to scope are discussed and approved before additional work begins.
05 — CONTINUED PARTNERSHIP AND RESULTS
We don't disappear after go-live.
Once the solution is live, we can keep working with you through a separate agreement for monitoring, maintenance and improvements. The scope and level of support are agreed up front.
As new opportunities emerge, we help you prioritise them. Each new workflow or application is scoped and priced separately, so you stay in control of what comes next.
